Mid-Tex Homes is here to assist you with choosing the location of your home if you do not already have a site. Mid-Tex has an inventory of building sites available to their clients in subdivisions such as The Reserve at Lakeland Meadows and the newly planned Erath Settlement. If we don't have the right location in our inventory, we work with several realtors that will help complete the search. In most cases, if you are building a new home, it is because you are unable to find a preexisting home that fits your lifestyle. Mid-Tex has a draftsman on staff that can design a home to custom fit your needs. In the finance department, we can assist you in obtaining your construction and permanent financing. Our finance department has many different financing options available to you, and we will do the legwork for you. Our staff in the field is on the job to make sure that every nail is installed with quality behind every stroke. Our philosophy is simple be honest with the customer and offer a quality product at a fair price. If your customer is happy, they will recommend you to a friend. Mid-Tex Homes builds approximately 60 houses per year, and two-thirds of those customers are referrals from past clients. This in itself shows that our philosophy works.
