Lot. The Reserve at Lakeland Meadows. Clients wrap-up plans with Jason Thomas.
Week 1 Foundation is poured. Clients choose a door, transom window and sidelights.
Foundation dries.
Week 2 Framing begins.
Week 3 Framing - Day Three
Framing - Day Four
Framing - Day Five, OSB installation
Week 4 House wrap installed. Clients lock 120-day interest rate.
House wrap on back porch.
Week 7 Major framing complete. Preliminary selections made: tile, paint colors, master shower/hall shower plumbing fixtures, roof color, brick choice.
Week 8 Windows installed
Bricking begins.
Sheetrock installed.
Back of house complete.
Bricking the front of the house.
Week 9 Nearly completed bricked front.
Bricking complete.
Bricked entry with keystone.
Installation of cabinets begins.
Week 10 Built-in desk installed in front bedroom. Final Stain Decided for all cabinets. Change orders received for the following: Kitchen Countertop upgrade, added built-in TV entertainment center, added Austin Stone accents to brickwork.
Week 11 Kitchen cabinets, fully installed. Various plumbing fixtures purchased.
Built-in entertainment center. Appliances for kitchen chosen.
Front bedroom cabinets stained.
Hall bath cabinets stained.
Window casing and fluted trim added.
Fireplace trim added.
Dining room window casing added.
Week 12 Fluted trim around French Doors.
Maple cabinets stained.
Walls and trim painted. Tile selections finalized. Cultured marble finalized.
Week 13 Lighting fixtures installed in kitchen. Bath hardware finalized.
Lighting fixtures installed in master bath.
Fans on porch installed.
Mailbox constructed.
Cultured marble surround installed. Tile installed. Cabinet pulls finalized.
Week 14 Cultured marble shower and tub installed. Tile installed. Backsplash for kitchen and utility room chosen.
Tile installed in kitchen.
Tile installed in dining.
Week 16 Front door installed. Master shower glass and hardware chosen.
Plumbing fixtures installed.
Kitchen backsplash installed.
Week 18 Master Shower glass installed. Clients send final information to mortgage company
Week 19 House passes final inspection. Power company transfers service to customer. Living Room: Lighting fixtures tested.
