Mid-Tex Staff

Jason Thomas grew up in West and graduated from West High School. After graduating from West, he attended TSTC and received an associates of applied science degree. Upon graduation, he worked for David Weekly Homes as a sales manager and was later promoted to a field superintendent. After serving for David Weekly Homes, Jason went to work for UBI Products in Waco selling millworks and labor for multifamily projects. After leaving UBI Products, Jason opened the Waco branch of EDC Homes and ran it for the first two years of its existence. In 2000, Jason teamed up with Billy Wade, Jr. The two of them formed Mid-Tex Homes, LLC. Jason serves as the sales manager and offers customer service for Mid-Tex Homes, LLC.

Billy Wade grew up in Elm Mott and graduated from Connally High School. Upon graduation, Billy worked for the family business, Wade Electric. Billy received his journeyman electrical license and later earned his master electrician license. Billy was in charge of running large commercial electrical jobs across the state of Texas as well as numerous residential jobs. Billy proved himself to be a leader by managing his crew and turning out quality work. Upon leaving his post at Wade Electric in 2000, Billy teamed up with Jason Thomas and the two of them formed Mid-Tex homes, LLC. Billy serves as the construction manager for Mid-Tex Homes.

Hunter grew up in Keller, Texas. He graduated from Keller High School. Hunter will be graduating with a Bachelor of Business degree from Tarleton State University. He joined Mid-Tex Homes, LLC in 2006 and serves as the field superintendent. Hunter will supervise the entire building process to assure customer satisfaction.

Kermit came to Mid-Tex Homes in 2001. Kermit is in charge of the removal of all construction trash. He keeps the job sites spotless. A Clean job site is a safe job site.

Julio came to work for Mid-Tex Homes in 2002. He is the punch carpenter and is responsible for the final finish work on all new homes. He has over 18 years experience in all phases of the construction industry. No Mid-Tex Home is complete until Julio has been there.

Kathy grew up and graduated from High School in Tracy, Minnesota. After attending Mankato State University, she moved to Texas in 1980. She is the Office Manager for Mid-Tex Homes and is always ready to assist the clients when they call with questions.

Josh grew up in Hubbard, Texas. He earned a degree from T.S.T. C. in Architectural Civil Drafting Specialization. After graduation, he worked as a draftsman for Holster & Associates in College Station, Texas. After 3 years he moved back to Waco to work for Mid-Tex Homes. He is the primary draftsman for Mid-Tex Homes and works closely with Jason, Billy and Hunter making sure the customers' wishes come true in the design of their new home.

Linda is the receptionist for Mid-Tex Homes and works closely with the staff assisting customers with any questions they may have. Her cheerful voice is the greeting you will hear when calling.

B.A. grew up in Abilene and graduated from Cooper High School. B.A. attended the University of Texas and McMurry University. She earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. B.A. and her family have lived in the Waco area for 7 years. She will serve as an administrative assistant and will strive to be attentive and helpful to all the current, future and past customers.
